How do you handle the H2S corrosion problem?

We install 100% solids epoxy and polyurethane systems specifically formulated for biogenic sulfide corrosion. Surface prep is critical — we follow SSPC standards for concrete and steel and document profile, dew point, and DFT throughout the install.

Are your linings NSF / potable-water rated?

Yes — we install NSF/ANSI 61 certified systems for potable water tanks and contact surfaces when the project requires it.

Can you work in confined spaces and active facilities?

Yes. Our crews are confined-space trained, ISNetworld and Avetta certified, and routinely work around active municipal and industrial wastewater operations with the required ventilation and safety protocols.

How we install your wastewater tank & clarifier linings system

25 years of best practices, executed the same way on every project. No shortcuts on prep, no cure-time surprises.

1. Surface Prep
Diamond grind, shot blast, or abrasive blast to ICRI/SSPC profile. Crack repair, joint detail, and substrate moisture testing.
2. Primer & Build
Manufacturer-spec primer applied at recorded DFT, followed by build coats matched to your traffic, chemical, and thermal load.
3. Finish & Detail
Topcoat, broadcast aggregate, cove base, and transitions installed to spec — with documented mil thickness throughout.
4. QC & Closeout
Pull-off adhesion testing, photo documentation, manufacturer letters, and warranty paperwork delivered at completion.
