Epoxy Flooring
Epoxy flooring is the workhorse of resinous flooring — a bonded, high-build epoxy coating system installed over mechanically profiled concrete rather than painted onto it. We install commercial epoxy floor coating and industrial epoxy floor coatings for manufacturing plants, warehouses, food and beverage facilities, hangars, healthcare buildings, and schools across the Western U.S., specifying the build-up around your traffic, chemical exposure, moisture conditions, and cleaning chemistry.

How we install your epoxy flooring system
25 years of best practices, executed the same way on every project. No shortcuts on prep, no cure-time surprises.
1. Surface Prep
Diamond grind, shot blast, or abrasive blast to ICRI/SSPC profile. Crack repair, joint detail, and substrate moisture testing.
2. Primer & Build
Manufacturer-spec primer applied at recorded DFT, followed by build coats matched to your traffic, chemical, and thermal load.
3. Finish & Detail
Topcoat, broadcast aggregate, cove base, and transitions installed to spec — with documented mil thickness throughout.
4. QC & Closeout
Pull-off adhesion testing, photo documentation, manufacturer letters, and warranty paperwork delivered at completion.

Projects featuring this system

Aircraft Hangar Floor Coating
Aircraft hangar floor coating project — a high-build epoxy floor system with a chemical-resistant urethane topcoat installed in an active airplane maintenance hangar, built for hydraulic fluid, jet fuel, and heavy rolling loads. Unlike hangar floor paint, this is a bonded, high-build system installed over a mechanically profiled and moisture-mitigated slab.

Flavor Manufacturing Facility
Industrial epoxy floor system installed across a flavor manufacturing facility — chemical-resistant and built for production-line traffic.

Dryer Facility — Washington
Epoxy floor coating system installed at a Washington dryer facility — heat-tolerant and engineered for continuous industrial service.
