About our wastewater coatings

Wastewater infrastructure fails from the inside out. H2S gas creates sulfuric acid that eats concrete and reinforcing steel. Microbiological corrosion attacks unprotected surfaces in lift stations, headworks, and digester domes. The cost of doing nothing is structural replacement — millions of dollars and weeks of downtime, which is why wastewater corrosion protection is cheapest when it's specified early.

We install immersion-grade epoxy, novolac, and 100%-solids polyurea linings rated for continuous wet service in clarifiers, basins, manholes, lift stations, and secondary containment. Water tank coating systems follow the same discipline: surface profiling per SSPC-SP 13 / NACE 6, application to a specified DFT, and 100% holiday testing before the asset returns to service.

Polyurea for wastewater service. Where a structure has to come back online fast, we spray 100%-solids polyurea — it cures in seconds to minutes, builds 40–125 mils in a single pass, and forms a seamless, monolithic membrane with no seams or laps to fail. Polyurea wastewater coatings handle the movement and thermal cycling that crack rigid linings, which makes them a strong fit for tanks, basins, wet wells, and containment areas. Like every immersion lining we install, polyurea is applied over an SSPC-SP 13 / NACE 6 profile and 100% holiday-tested before commissioning.

Beyond the tanks themselves, we install industrial floor coatings for water and wastewater facilities — pump rooms, blower and process buildings, chemical feed rooms, and containment areas. These wastewater industrial floor coatings use the same chemical-resistant epoxy and urethane chemistries as our tank work, with integral cove base, sealed penetrations, and curbed containment so spills and washdown stay contained instead of soaking into the slab.

Our crews are confined-space-qualified, OSHA 30-trained, and experienced with the sequencing, ventilation, and bypass requirements of municipal and industrial wastewater work.

Asset Assessment

Concrete sounding, chloride testing, and corrosion mapping to identify substrate damage and rebar exposure.

Containment & Prep

Bypass coordination, confined-space entry plan, dewatering, and abrasive blast to SSPC-SP 13 / NACE 6 profile.

Concrete Repair

Patch and resurface with calcium-aluminate or polymer-modified mortar to restore profile before lining application.

Lining Application

Spray or trowel-apply immersion-grade epoxy, novolac, or polyurea to specified DFT in single or multiple coats.

Holiday Test & QA

100% high-voltage holiday testing, DFT verification, and owner walk-through before return to service.
